Mission statement

Using choreography to dislodge hierarchies and release new modes of collectivity.

Synopsis

London-based choreographer, performer, movement director and teacher. His work uses choreography to explore alternative approaches to authorship and collective governance. It begins in darkness (2022) uses ghosts and haunted houses as a metaphor for how histories of slavery and colonialism haunt the present; he has also performed extensively in solo improvisation, including a Zoom Trilogy made during lockdown. Dance that talks back.
